Luxury High Rises and Condotels are being developed during the “Manhattanization” of Las Vegas. Vegas is going vertical and many investors are buying “condotels”, condo units that are placed into a rental pool and rented like a hotel room--offering the tax and financial benefits of ownership and generating significant rental income without hassles. There are plans for 40 or more high rise buildings in Las Vegas.
